Karnataka observed National Eye Donation Fortnight Programme from the 25th of August to 8th September 2022, amid the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations.
Then Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar urged the public to support organ donation. An awareness program featured a human chain from Bengaluru’s Mekhri Circle to Freedom Park, with over 5,000 participants including students, youth, and ASHA workers.
Families who donated organs of their brain-dead loved ones were honored at an event in Vidhana Soudha.

Karnataka’s first gas-based power plant, the Yelahanka Combined Cycle Power Plant (YCCPP), was inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri. Siddaramaiah on September 24, 2024.
The event saw the presence of Deputy CM Shri. D.K. Shivakumar, Energy Minister Shri. K.J. George, Urban Development Minister Shri. Byrathi Suresh, Health Minister Shri. Dinesh Gundu Rao, MLA Shri. S.R. Vishwanath, and Additional Chief Secretary Shri. Gaurav Gupta.

On June 27th, 2022, an event was held at Vidhana Soudha to commemorate the 513th birth anniversary of Kempegowda.
The then Chief Minister Shri. Basavaraj Bommai presented the inaugural Kempegowda International Awards to veteran politician S M Krishna, Infosys co-founder N R Narayana Murthy, and badminton legend Prakash Padukone.
The event was attended by several esteemed political and spiritual leaders.

On February 11, Deputy Chief Minister Shri. D.K. Shivakumar took a holy dip and performed pujas at temples in T. Narsipur, accompanied by Mandya MLA Ravikumar, Maddur MLA Uday, and the Deputy Commissioner of Mysuru.
They also witnessed the Ganga Arathi and Cauvery Deeparathi, performed by a group of priests from Varanasi at the Triveni Sangama.
Mineha is proud to have provided production support for this sacred occasion, from building a floating platform to ensuring the smooth coordination of the priests and their team for the Deeparathi.

Lakkundi Utsava 2023 was inaugurated on February 10th 2023, by then Karnataka chief minister Shri. Basavaraj Bommai along with other dignitaries. The 3 day event featured multiple entertainment events for the public to enjoy and also participate.
The curtain came down on the three-day Lakkundi Utsav on the 12th of February and during the valedictory ceremony, all the members of Lakkundi Gram Panchayat and several others who contributed to the successful conduct of the festival were felicitated by the dignitaries.

Amoghavarsha Patlapati showcased his debut wildlife photo exhibition, “Moghi’s Tales” at Karnataka Chitra Kala Parishat. Running from 1st to 5th June, 2022 this exhibition featured over 100 stunning photographs taken by the 14-year-old, bringing him closer to realizing his dream.
